Theme: This year’s meeting, "Microplastics and Macroconcerns: Emerging Issues in Microplastics Research " will feature experts Drs Austin Gray (Virginia Tech) and Imari Walker-Franklin (RTI International) delivering keynote presentations on the emerging field of microplastics research. Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to consider the potential impacts of microplastics exposure, toxicological concerns, and effects on human and ecosystem health within North Carolina and globally. The meeting will also feature emerging research from NCSOT trainees and members, with trainee awards for the top poster and platform presentations.
